1. The Service

Christopher's Divine Frequency Oracle ("Oracle", "Service", "we") provides AI-generated daily astrology readings that offer spiritual and lifestyle guidance based on your birth chart and planetary transits. The Service is operated by Christopher Brown.

The Oracle delivers personalized recommendations including daily color, material, and energetic alignment guidance. Readings are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) drawing on established astrological frameworks.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Oracle, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

3. Subscription Terms

The Oracle is offered as a recurring subscription service:

• Price: $12.99/month
• Billing cycle: Monthly, charged on the same date each month
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period.
• Payment processor: All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. Refund Policy

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of your charge at divine-frequency-oracle@polsia.app and we'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds are not automatically issued for partial billing periods or if you simply forget to cancel.

5. Important Disclaimers

• Do not use Oracle readings to make medical decisions or delay seeking medical treatment.
• Do not use Oracle readings as the basis for financial or investment decisions.
• Do not use Oracle readings as a substitute for legal advice.
• Astrological readings are belief-based and not scientifically validated as predictive.
• Results vary by individual. We make no guarantee that readings will produce specific outcomes in your life.

The Oracle is intended as a tool for personal reflection, energetic awareness, and intentional living — in that spirit. Use it accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Oracle — including your personalized daily readings — is generated uniquely for you. You are free to use your readings for personal purposes.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit Oracle readings without written permission
• Use automated tools to systematically scrape or collect readings
• Represent Oracle-generated content as your own original intellectual work for commercial purposes

The Oracle name, branding, and website design are proprietary to Christopher Brown. All rights reserved.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Provide false birth information in an attempt to game or test the system
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service on behalf of minors
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Service Availability

We aim to deliver your reading every day. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party service issues (API providers, hosting, etc.).

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), contact us and we'll issue a credit or prorated refund for the affected period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christopher's Divine Frequency Oracle and Christopher Brown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on oracle readings.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
